This activity is for people who are looking for an immersive experience, well-being for the body (yoga), the soul (mandala painting) and the senses (Indian food).
- Welcome tea + introduction
- Relaxation yoga by Janina Toboll, former dancer and yoga teacher since 2012. Every year, she travels to India to refresh yoga practices. This also has deepened her understanding of the philosphy and meaning of the exercises.
- Followed by a session of relaxation painting of Mandalas by Bettina Kusel, she worked as a Painter in Philadelphia, moved to Brussels in 2007, international experiences in artist communities, art teacher in Center of Public Arts in Shanghai in 2016.
- The third part of this experience is the sampling of a traditional Indian meal prepared by Dexter Pallamy, who grew up in India and in Mauritius and learned preparing delicious dishes from his mother.
