Hamida Oussini @ Carte de visite ARTopenKUNST
Hamida Oussini is a plastic artist. In her works he questions the perception of a world that puts us at a distance from what we think we see. Perception of harmony emerging from the apparent disorganization of the whole. Perception of a structure shaping chaos. And yet, the painted work here is no more abstract than geometric. The choice of colors, the arrangement of shapes, make up sketches of a scenography that the eye decodes like so many traces of life. Lines and straight lines breathe, then doze off. And the spectator cannot contain this curious need to tell a story.
